Corporate ESG data is more accessible than ever due to the growing amount of disclosure from companies and the demand from the markets. Bloomberg began collecting ESG data from published company materials in 2013 and integrates it into a range of research products for investors, as well as corporate financial teams. The number of users accessing this data has grown by roughly 70% since the products were introduced. The Bloomberg ESG platform currently displays their own proprietary ESG scores, as well as other ratings and rankings from specialized research firms like Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), Sustainalytics, RobecoSAM, and CDP. In fact, in 2016, RobecoSAM's DJSI scores were integrated into the terminal down to the criteria level. Join the WBCSD ESG Ratings and Rankings Working Group, led by BrownFlynn, for this webinar to hear directly from Bloomberg about their collection and reporting of corporate ESG information. Lee O'Dwyer, Equity Application Specialist for Bloomberg, will be our featured presenter.
