Jennifer is a Senior Consultant at BrownFlynn, where she dedicates her time to helping clients uncover the perspectives of their stakeholders, determine sustainability priorities, communicate their sustainability performance through reports and online messaging, and develop and implement CSR and employee engagement strategies.
For more than 17 years, Jennifer has provided consultation to leaders of Fortune 1000 companies helping them refine their strategies and engage their people to drive results.
With a background in engineering, Jennifer is a problem solver at heart. She enjoys digging to find the root causes of what could be holding an organization back and finding new ways to leverage what’s working and overcome challenges.
Throughout her career, Jennifer welcomes the opportunity to develop creative corporate campaigns, communications, and training programs that inspire people to take action. She has a passion for presenting complex information in a simple, compelling way and unleashing the ideas, strengths, and potential of individuals and their organization.
Outside of work, Jennifer spends time mentoring women in health and wellness, career pathing, and living sustainably. Other things that feed her soul—outdoor adventures, gardening, green smoothies, concerts, and snuggling with her kiddos.
