At GOJO, Marcella ensures preconditions for long-term viability and vitality are in place; this includes her championship of sustainability, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. She co-founded and guides Walnut Ridge Strategic Management Company, a management and administration services provider.

Throughout her career, Marcella has performed numerous roles within GOJO, including establishing the e-business practice and launching new markets. She has also worked in management consulting, nonprofit business development, and investment advisory services.

Marcella serves on various boards, including EP Technologies, UNKNWN, Meeteor, The Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit, American Jewish World Service, and Lippman Kanfer Foundation for Living Torah.
