Responsibilities include performing administrative and office support activities for multiple team members with more intensive support of the Firm’s principals. The job requires strong computer and technology skills, flexibility, friendly/customer service demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Desired professional work experience: 10-plus years, with proven expertise in Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
